There are two types of fee. One to set up an event, and a second for each SMS or mTicket® sent to a guest.

1. To set up an event: £10.00
2. To send an outbound SMS (marketing RSVP's, final mTicket®): £0.10

In certain countries mTicket® can manage your event on your behalf when you would prefer 'box-office' functions to be handled by a third party. We can arrange the event setup, and monitor the mobile ticketing systems for you as well as providing and operating electronic redemption equipment on the night. Contact us for further information.

Where your event is not suited to our standard online service or you would like extra services, we can provide a tailored quote. Additional development costs will depend on the nature of your event and the scale of changes to our standard box office messaging logic. Contact us with any request.

mTicket® recommends the XDA from O2 as its preffered handheld redemption device. In certain countries we can arrange for delivery of this device prior to your event as well as training documentation. For example, rental per device is £30.00 in the United Kingdom (excluding delivery charges).
